We want to bring a little sunshine into your life by showing some of the bright fashion choices made by your favorite actresses during the first 3 days of the 67th Cannes Film Festival. Then again, we wouldn’t appreciate the sunny days without some clouds. So for your enjoyment we have added our picks of the cloudy choices as well.
Let the judging begin and if you have someone you’d like to add to the list you are more than welcome to leave a comment. We hope you enjoy our picks!
Do we notice a LOT of black, white, and sheers?
All eyes have been on Lively lately, lots of good choices. Kudos to her and her stylist!
Isn’t this a perfect mix of femininity and femme fatale? Without going all out, she managed to be outstanding and different.
Chapeau bas to this amazing dress.
Can one go wrong with amazing embroidery from Elie Saab? Paz Vega kept the focus on the dress with toned-down accessories and shoes, and just the perfect red lips to go with.
Ms. Taglioni did a great job in wearing pastels and metallic. After all, why go all dark when summer’s almost here?
Spicing things up by staying away from long gowns, Liya killed it with this short rock n’ rollish Cavalli number.
Statuesque gorgeousness! The perfect beauty look very classical and sexy in this number. The sheer trend applied with perfection.
Sorry Karlie, we are just not feeling the colours and the sandals. We know you can do better!
Kendal Jenner has an amazing figure, this top is anything but flattering. Makes us think of a ran over chicken on your chest.
We are giving recognition to Julianne for taking a risk in her attire, but we don’t think it was great. A little too structured on the top, it felt more like an autumn number.
We can’t help but scream (not in the good way) “90s grunge” in our heads every time we look at this picture. She was awesome one day before. What went wrong this time?
Elena Lenina leaves us speechless every time. You can take one minute and Google her up.
Her choices are just — (insert your favorite descriptive word here).
Don’t be shy! You can play the game too. You know you’ve got the eye to tell who you loved and who clouded your day… Leave a comment below to let us know your best and worst picks!
Stay tuned for our Part 2 on the coming looks for the rest of the Cannes Film Festival 2014. Let’s hope to have more bright moments on the carpet (and bright days on our weekend).
