5 easy to pull off SS16 trends
Even though we are still submerged in winter, the sales are in Paris to brighten up our days. It’s actually a nice opportunity to get ready for spring, all you have to do is keep the future trends in mind while shopping and voilà! In doing so, you are bound to make good deals and get ready to be trendy next season.
When you look at it on the runway, I’m sure you’ll think “how is this look easy to pull off? I don’t want to look like I went straight from bed to work…” In fact, all you have to do is replace your basic tee with a lacey lingerie top.
My personal favorite, to do up even one of those really simple outfits. Just add a metallic piece to your casual attire and you’ll instantly look put together.
The DKNY metallic ribbed sweater is a great basic with a hint of chic formal. Perfect for those coffee break dates.
Off The Shoulders!
This is an easy one, and the nice thing is that these bardot style tops were already trendy last summer. That means, if you don’t have one in your cupboard already, you can find a lot of them on sale in the shops now! I especially love this trend, as it’s really easy to pull off and can look sexy on anyone.
Zara gives you a gorgeous option which adds the trendy lace aspect I mentioned earlier in the post.
I absolutely love to wear this trend during spring and summer. I often just let the wind play with the flowy pleats which makes me look like a runway model (I hope). You can also mix and match the trends together. Add this Topshop metallic pleated skirt to a lace top and your outfit will be on fleek for sure!
All Kind Of Stripes
Another pretty easy one to add to your waredrobe. Come on we’ve all got a stripy black and white marinière in our closet, it’s a classic! Or if you feel wearing something a bit bolder try a colorful dress like this one below.
House of Holland Stripe Mini Dress, isn’t it gorgeous!
What is your favourite? And how do you add the runway trends to your closet?
