1. Get away from the heat!
Using a blow dryer, curling iron or flat iron dries hair out even more in winter. Also, try to avoid excessively hot water when you wash your hair, don’t do it too often and let it dry naturally.

Try to find a moisturizer that’s oil based, rather than water based, as the oil will create a protective layer on the skin that retains more moisture. Do not forget sunscreen, even in winter. And keep drinking water, that will help your skin to look and feel healthier.
